(1). DemandAdvisor establishes your practice’s listing on over 100 local Internet directories and provides notification when a review is posted to your listing on the top sites. In addition, DemandAdvisor provides consulting on reputation management and helps increase positive reviews, as needed.
(2). DemandAdvisor established over 300+ social media profiles for your practice and writes & posts articles to many of the top social media websites in order to create your online brand and drive potential patient leads. Other assets maybe distributed time to time, by request. Please note that we believe it’s best for the practice to post and manage FaceBook or LinkedIn assets directly.
(3). PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertising & Mobile Advertising charges are billed from the 3rd party, such as Google, to the directly credit card you provide. That way you know exactly how much your spending and can change your budget at anytime. Typical media budgets range from $400 to $1,500, but can vary based on your practice and location. Internet MicroSites & Mobile MicroSites are added to programs to enhance lead conversion & lead tracking, boost SEO opportunities, and extend online branding activities.
(04). Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services are included for all MicroSites, listings, profiles & websites developed and managed by DemandAdvisor. For Platinum Members, onsite SEO for existing sites will be provided where possible.
(05). All DemandAdvisor accounts include customer support via email. However, Dedicated Client Managers are available to provide assistance during regular business hours.
(06). All plans include everything your practice needs. DemandAdvisor only requires information, collected and verified after registration, to get started. Monthly meetings and reporting with a dedicated client manager are available and recommended, but not mandatory.
(07). After registration is completed and payment is received, DemandAdvisor implements features. “Days to Launch”, is an estimation of the number of business days it will take for the project feature to begin. In general, current launch times are 10 Days for PPC Advertising, 30 Days For Local Directories, 45 Days For Social Media, and 90 Days for SEO. The launch time required for custom practice website development is dependent upon the requirements of the practice. All program features are usually optimized within 6-12 months from launch, but will be optimized indefinitely while the account is active. Please note that DemandAdvisor doesn’t have control over 3rd parties, such as Google, Yahoo!, & Yelp! and therefore cannot guarantee results.
(08). DemandAdvisor provides a dedicated local telephone number with call tracking and recording will all membership plans. However, implementation of call tracking and/or recording is dependent on the practice’s goals and will be discussed in advance of implementation.
(09). For specified membership plans, DemandAdvisor provides geographic exclusivity. Within a 5-10 mile radius around the practice location, DemandAdvisor will not help market a competing practice. DemandAdvisor provides exclusivity for our services and not the services of 3rd parties, such as Google, Yahoo!, & Yelp!
(10). A one-time, non-refundable setup fee will be charged at the time of registration. This fee covers only a portion of the significant investment required to setup the program for your practice. DemandAdvisor does not provide a trial period for any account at anytime.
(11). Reoccurring monthly billing begins shortly after registration, in advance of the launch of the program, and reoccurs every month after that. DemandAdvisor recommends that all programs begin on the first of every month and billing occur on the 15th of the previous month. All memberships require a 12 month, non-revocable, contract. After 12 months, the membership automatically converts to a month to month membership, which can be cancelled at anytime with a 30-days written notice.
(12). While all pricing is designed for single location practices, DemandAdvisor provides discounted rates for multiple location practices.
